Shipping Policy

All local customer Porch Pick Ups are available daily from 9-7pm. In store pick ups are available Weds-Saturday 10-5pm. In stock Items will ship within 3 business days of purchase (business days are Weds-Sat). Preordered Items arrive within 8-14 weeks of closing date, unless otherwise stated. Personalized items require additional time to produce and will not ship within the previously stated 3 business days. Customers who fail to pick up their in store pick up or porch pick up resulting in late pick up of holiday items or size/seasonally inappropriate items will not be exchanged or refunded. Customers are responsible for picking up their purchase within 2 weeks of arrival. Customers are notified via email of their items fulfillment.

Adalynn's Attic is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are scanned and collected by USPS. Customers are encouraged to purchase insurance on large purchases and file a claim with the Post Office for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. By purchasing, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

Refunds

**NO CASH REFUNDS**

** Exchange or store credit only if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase date. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility. Item must be unworn with original tags attached. ALL sale items, special order items, personalized or monogrammed items, holiday/seasonal items, and pre-order items are a FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us.

Upon receipt of a return we will send you an email/messenger notification with your store credit code.

*Pre-order items are FINAL SALE because specific size, color, etc. has been ordered for customer. Personalized items are final sale, this includes decals.

*Any merchandise returned that does not meet the return criteria will be returned to the customer, standard shipping charges will apply. Items exchanged must have original tags, be free of stains/odors, unwashed and unworn.

If you received an incorrect order or defective merchandise, please contact customer service within 7 days of order purchase.

Once the return is received, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be issued a store credit, including any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable.
